Quién vende
El producto lo desarrolla Nicolás Iván Tamariz Ugalde, que opera comercialmente como ONE Store Department, Cuenca, Ecuador, contacto oneaidepartment@gmail.com. La venta y el cobro los ejecuta Lemon Squeezy, LLC como vendedor autorizado. En tu estado de cuenta aparecerá un cargo a nombre de Lemon Squeezy.
Qué compras
El Planificador Mensual es un producto digital descargable: una aplicación web en un archivo .html que se abre en tu navegador, más una guía de instalación en PDF. No es un servicio en la nube, no incluye cuenta de usuario ni sincronización entre dispositivos, y no requiere conexión a internet para funcionar.
Las funciones concretas son las descritas en la sección de características y especificaciones de la página. Una en particular conviene repetir: los recordatorios se disparan mientras la aplicación está abierta en una pestaña del navegador. Si la cierras por completo, el aviso aparece la próxima vez que la abras. No sustituye a la alarma de tu teléfono.
Precio y pago
El precio se muestra en dólares estadounidenses. Es un pago único, no una suscripción, y no se te volverá a cobrar. Si tu banco cobra comisiones por transacción internacional o por conversión de moneda, corren por tu cuenta.
Entrega y correo electrónico
La entrega es inmediata y automática: al confirmarse el pago recibes en tu correo el enlace de descarga y la guía. Dar una dirección de correo válida es obligatorio, porque no existe otra forma de entregarte el producto, y es tu responsabilidad escribirla correctamente. Si no llega en 15 minutos, revisa tu carpeta de spam y después escríbeme. El uso que doy a tu correo está detallado en la política de privacidad.
Licencia de uso
Te concedo una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Planificador Mensual en hasta tres dispositivos de tu propiedad. Puedes modificar el archivo para tu propio uso.
No puedes revender, redistribuir, publicar, regalar ni compartir el archivo, ni subirlo a un sitio de descargas, ni incluirlo en otro producto, con o sin ánimo de lucro. El código y el diseño siguen siendo míos.
Actualizaciones
Las mejoras y correcciones que publique durante los 12 meses siguientes a tu compra te llegan sin costo al mismo correo. Después de ese plazo no estoy obligado a seguir enviándotelas, aunque la versión que tienes seguirá funcionando indefinidamente porque vive en tu dispositivo.
Devoluciones
Tienes 7 días. Las condiciones completas están en la política de devoluciones.
Límite de responsabilidad
El Planificador Mensual es una herramienta de organización personal. Haz tus copias de respaldo. No me hago responsable de compromisos olvidados, datos perdidos al borrar el navegador ni de daños derivados del uso de la aplicación, más allá del monto que pagaste por ella. Tampoco garantizo que funcione en versiones de navegador obsoletas o en configuraciones que bloqueen las notificaciones.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación de la República del Ecuador. Cualquier controversia se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de Cuenca.

Who sells it
The product is built by Nicolás Iván Tamariz Ugalde, trading as ONE Store Department, Cuenca, Ecuador, contact oneaidepartment@gmail.com. The sale and the payment are executed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as the authorised seller. Your statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy.
What you are buying
The Monthly Planner is a downloadable digital product: a web application in a single .html file that opens in your browser, plus a setup guide in PDF. It is not a cloud service, it has no user account or cross-device sync, and it does not need an internet connection to run.
The exact features are the ones listed in the features and specifications sections of the store. One is worth repeating: reminders fire while the application is open in a browser tab. If you close it completely, the alert appears the next time you open it. It does not replace your phone's alarm.
Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and you will not be charged again. Any international transaction or currency conversion fees your bank charges are yours to cover.
Delivery and email
Delivery is immediate and automatic: once the payment clears you receive the download link and the guide by email. Providing a valid email address is required, because there is no other way to deliver the product, and typing it correctly is your responsibility. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then write to me. How I use your email is set out in the privacy policy.
Licence
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Monthly Planner on up to three devices you own. You may modify the file for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, give away or share the file, upload it to a download site, or bundle it into another product, whether for profit or not. The code and the design remain mine.
Updates
Improvements and fixes released during the 12 months after your purchase reach you at no cost, at the same email address. After that I am not obliged to keep sending them, although the version you have will keep working indefinitely because it lives on your device.
Refunds
You have 7 days. Full conditions are in the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The Monthly Planner is a personal organisation tool. Keep your own backups. I am not liable for missed commitments, data lost when clearing your browser, or damages arising from use of the application, beyond the amount you paid for it. I also do not guarantee it works on obsolete browser versions or on setups that block notifications.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Cuenca.
