Compraste algo que no puedes tocar y que ya descargaste. Por eso la regla es simple: si en 7 días el Planificador Mensual no te sirvió, te devuelvo el dinero completo.

Cómo pedirla

Escríbeme a oneaidepartment@gmail.com desde el mismo correo con el que compraste, dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la compra, y dime el número de pedido que aparece en tu recibo. No hace falta que justifiques nada, aunque si me cuentas qué falló me ayudas a mejorarlo.

Cuánto tarda

Confirmo tu solicitud en un máximo de 48 horas y ordeno la devolución de inmediato. El dinero lo procesa Lemon Squeezy y suele aparecer en tu estado de cuenta entre 5 y 10 días hábiles, según tu banco. Se devuelve al mismo método de pago que usaste; no puedo enviarlo a otro lado.

Qué pasa con el archivo

Al recibir la devolución tu licencia queda cancelada y debes borrar el archivo de tus dispositivos. Es una regla que no puedo hacer cumplir técnicamente y lo sé: va por confianza, igual que la devolución sin preguntas.

Los pocos casos en que no aplica

• Solicitudes hechas después de los 7 días.
• Compras hechas con un correo distinto al que me escribe.
• Compras repetidas del mismo producto después de una devolución previa.
• Redistribución del archivo. Si compras, devuelves y publicas el producto, la devolución queda anulada.

Si el problema es técnico

Antes de devolver, dame la oportunidad de arreglarlo. Escríbeme contando qué navegador y qué dispositivo usas. Muchos problemas se resuelven en un par de mensajes y prefiero un cliente contento a un reembolso.

You bought something you cannot touch and have already downloaded. So the rule is simple: if the Monthly Planner has not helped you within 7 days, I refund you in full.

How to ask

Write to oneaidepartment@gmail.com from the same address you bought with, within 7 days of the purchase, and give me the order number shown on your receipt. You do not need to justify anything, though telling me what went wrong helps me fix it.

How long it takes

I confirm your request within 48 hours at most and order the refund straight away. The money is processed by Lemon Squeezy and usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. It goes back to the same payment method you used; I cannot send it anywhere else.

What happens to the file

Once the refund is issued your licence is cancelled and you should delete the file from your devices. I know I cannot enforce that technically: it runs on trust, the same way the no-questions refund does.

The few cases where it does not apply

• Requests made after the 7 days.
• Requests sent from an address other than the one used to buy.
• Repeat purchases of the same product after a previous refund.
• Redistribution of the file. If you buy, refund and then publish the product, the refund is void.

If the problem is technical

Before refunding, give me a chance to fix it. Write to me and say which browser and device you are on. Most issues are solved in a couple of messages, and I would rather have a happy customer than a refund.
